Why do I need coaching?

Good question. The answer is simply that without some help it is hard for everyone to see the road ahead. The road of life is no longer like a dirt road in the country. It is more like a super-highway with traffic flying in all directions and billboards flashing in your eyes. You simply need help navigating all the dangers and options.

Why are life coaches paid so much?

Life coaches charge more than psychologists and professional counselors because they provide the practical help you need to get ahead. Others can help you understand the past but life coaching is more precisely focused on developing an exciting future. Who wouldn't want that and pay whatever it takes to get it!

Can I really get started on my own?

Yes. Purchasing the Self-Directed Life Coaching materials is a great first step. You might not be able to carry through all the way without some help. Actually, my personal clients funnel through from this material. You may decide to work on this together on a paid contract basis. But for now you can make great progress by following through with the material.

How do I go about starting a life coaching relationship with you personally?

The simple answer is phone me and let's discuss it! I won't badger you. In fact, if it doesn't seem like we hit it off you don't want me as a coach. And if I don't sense I can help you I will tell you so.

That being said, I normally work on a minimum 5 month basis with clients. I provide coaching over the phone. In a standard contract you phone me once a week at a predetermined time for an appointment. We invest an uninterrupted hour together on the phone and we agree on the new information and the next steps for the coming week. This is not like a course where the professor gets to assign all the work and you just do it. You may not be prepared to do everything I suggest you do. When that happens we will find another alternative we can both live with.

If you are ready for intensive coaching, one option is for you to come to Churchville and develop your plan away from home. In this case we will meet each day for a week in the Churchville Café Room and set out the plan for the day. They you will go back to the riverside, or the Bed and Breakfast and do some intensive work. During the same week together, you will have plenty of time to explore all the sights and experiences of a top world class city - Toronto. We will arrange to pick you up at the Toronto airport (10 minutes from Churchville) and get you situated. You will not have to rent a vehicle. This is the best option to turboboost your life rediscovery plan.
