Those who know Gary best remark that he has been life coaching for a generation. His giftedness has been applied in several realms with cross discipline interest that make him at home in discussion in a wide range of contexts from church ministry in established settings to business concepts with senior executives. Leaders in dozens of churches, denominations and businesses across the United States and Canada have benefited from his consulting anaysis over many years. Carter has broad experience working vocationally as pastor in several churches, learning institutions, software development companies, and financial services. In addition Gary has written several books.

The centre of Carter's ministry, and his greatest passion, is in helping people start churches. He has developed several systems to help the church starting leader reach responsive people in their community and efficiently develop the plans for an effective new church.

As a coach Gary helps clients engage the complex questions of life, create greater sense out of their circumstances and craft a plan to higher productivity and satisfaction.
